Reset Procedure
- Turn ON your printer.
- While the printer is Turned ON, remove the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer, and while doing this press and hold the “HELP” and “OK” buttons.
- Your printer should turn ON automatically and will start to reset. If not, turn ON the printer manualy to start the reset.
